How to Book an Appointment:
We Look Forward to Working with You!
First, Call our office at 281-358-0577
Our office staff will ask you a few new patient questions, then the staff will mail links to all necessary paperwork within 24 hours.
You must complete all necessary paperwork to be put on our schedule
Once all paperwork is completed, patients are placed on our waiting list. Insurance benefits are checked once a patient is close to the top of our list.
Evaluation Appointment

Usually about one hour one-on-one with a speech language pathologist or occupational therapist.

After evaluation:

A treatment plan is developed with specific goals and objectives.

Therapy Sessions
Scheduled with specific practitioners to ensure continuity and progress.
